Abstract
Mobilni protetski nadomjesci bezubim i djelomično bezubim pacijentima donose žvačnu funkciju, estetiku i cjelokupno zadovoljstvo te povratak izgubljenog samopouzdanja. Prosječna trajnost mobilnih protetskih nadomjestaka je 8 godina, a najčešće ih je potrebno zamijeniti zbog promjena u anatomskim strukturama ili dotrajalosti materijala. Vrlo često dolazi do lomova mobilnih protetskih nadomjestaka što može biti posljedica nepažnje pacijenta ili lošeg planiranja i loše izrade proteza.... More Kada dođe do loma proteze, nekog od njenih dijelova ili do gubitka prirodnog zuba indicirana je reparatura. Reparatura proteza obuhvaća sve postupke na oštećenim ili neupotrebljivim protezama u cilju njihovog ponovnog dovođenja u funkciju. Reparirati se može lom baze proteze, lom kvačice ili zuba. Također može se dodati zub ili kvačica, a kada je potrebno dodati malu spojku ili reparirati lom velike spojke, postupak postaje izrazito kompliciran i cjenovno skup, stoga je u tim slučajevima bolje izraditi novu protezu. Mobile prosthetic replacements bring masticatory function, aesthetics and overall satisfaction to toothless and partially toothless patients, as well as the return of lost selfconfidence. The average durability of mobile prosthetic replacements is 8 years and they usually need to be replaced due to changes in anatomical structures or wear and tear of the material. Very often, fractures of dentures occur, which can be the result of patient inattention or poor planning and poor... More prosthesis design. When a denture breaks, one of its parts breaks or a natural tooth is lost, denture repair is indicated. Denture repair includes all procedures on damaged or unusable dentures in order to restore them to function. Fracture of the base of the denture, fracture of the clasp or tooth can be repaired. A tooth or a clasp can also be added, and when it is necessary to add a minor connector or to repair a fracture of a major connector, the procedure becomes extremely complicated and expensive, so in these cases it is better to make a new prosthesis.
